Shipping & Returns

1. If you wish to cancel your order:
  1. Prior to shipping: You can notify us by email or by using our contact form. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

  3. Where goods have already left our warehouse, the following policy shall govern returning of goods to us in accordance with section 2 below.
2. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (less shipping and handling charges) or request an exchange. Any exchange may be subject to the difference in product price plus any shipping and handling charges to ship your exchange to you. The costs of returning goods to us shall be your responsibility. The product shall be returned in its original packaging.

On occasion, freight loss or damage does occur. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages when you return them to us. You should insure you package and it will be your responsibility to contact the carrier to file a claim in the event of loss or damage.

When we ship to you, your quote includes insurance. If you decline the shipping insurance then you accept all liability for loss and damaged packages, no exceptions.
Claims for missing parts or product shall be made within 5 days of product receipt to customer service.

Downloadable products: Any product that is downloadable, in electronic format shall be exempt from return. Any defective download product shall be replaced in the event of failure. Accidental Loss or deletion of your file through no fault of ours, maybe subject to a download fee at our sole discretion.

3. Upon receipt of the goods and inspection, we will give you a full refund (less shipping and handling) in the amount paid (less any discounts or at the then purchased price), or in the form of an exchange credit. The option shall be ours (Original shipping and handling costs are not refundable)

4. The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in section 3 will not apply in the following circumstances:

  1. in the event that the product has been used.
  2. to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you
  3. damaged product or missing parts.
  4. Product improperly installed or not use as intended
